    Stacey J. Haley, Ed.D. is a healing-centered education leader, mindfulness practitioner, and certified Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor who has dedicated her career to nurturing the wellbeing of educators, students, and school communities. Bridging over 15 years of experience in urban education leadership with a deep commitment to holistic wellness, she designs transformative experiences that cultivate resilience, presence, and emotional balance in learning environments. 

    In her role as Senior Director of Special Projects at the NYC Department of Education, Dr. Haley leads citywide initiatives that infuse mindfulness techniques, trauma-informed practices, and culturally responsive wellness strategies into instructional and professional learning programs. Stacey co-designed and implemented the DOE’s yoga and mindfulness-in-schools initiative, bringing accessible, grounding practices to thousands of students and educators throughout New York City. Her work helps schools move toward environments rooted in compassion, equity, and connection. 

    A lifelong learner with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, along with advanced training in yoga, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practice, Dr. Haley brings a unique blend of academic rigor, heart-centered leadership, and wellness expertise to every space she navigates.
