Britt is a nonprofit executive and yoga practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the social impact sector. Britt began her yoga journey as a way to complement marathon and triathlon training. She soon saw how yoga not only helped prevent injury, but also provided balance to her life off the mat. When she’s not practicing or teaching yoga, she leads Feedback Labs, a nonprofit that supports philanthropy and the nonprofit sector to listen and act on feedback from communities at the heart of their work. She previously served as Chief Program Officer at GlobalGiving and at the Gates Foundation. Britt holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of North Carolina & Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar, a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Cape Town (South Africa), and a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
