About the Author
Michael Brandwajn has taught Yoga for 23 years to a wide variety of populations, and has led teacher trainings for 14 years. He owned one of the first Yoga Studios in Panama, Central America, and after the pandemic shifted his studio online where he still teaches classes, workshops and teacher trainings.
