    Research has shown that Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and concussion rehabilitation is supported by yoga. Our second session will cover how to adjust yoga practices for folks affected by TBI who may be ambulatory.

    Stephanie Winsor (MA, E-RYT 200, RYT 500, YACEP) is a Certified Yoga Teacher and Jr. Researcher in the Neurorehabilitation and integrative practices field. With a Master's in Psychology and Education from Teacher's College, she leads programs and trainings that highlight the power of yoga and psychoeducation. Steph specifically works with LoveYourBrain Foundation to share yoga for those affected by TBI through in-person and online yoga and mindset programming.
