I completed my RYT 200 certification in August 2007 and started teaching at a fitness club immediately afterward. I have continued to teach at various fitness clubs over the years, most of which had dedicated yoga studios within them. This gave me the experience of working in a studio environment while also granting me the opportunity to bring yoga to people who might otherwise never have tried it.

My training was heavily influenced by the Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Anusara lineages and I have practiced and taught many different styles of yoga over the years. I find the Vinyasa Flow style to be my favorite, especially when done in a heated environment.

The love of my own personal practice and the positive changes it brought into my life are what called me to teach. I love sharing this practice with others and watching them as they evolve on their yoga journey!
