Keira Lynn is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT500) at the 500 hr Level with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Keira Lynn has been certified and registered to teach since 2001. She completed a 4 year, 500 hr Teacher Training with International Yoga Studies (IYS) (a RYS) under mentor Sandra Summerfield Kozak M.S., ERYT500, YACEP, director of IYS. Her thesis titled "Trauma Informed Yoga Practice & Teaching Considerations" focuses on special needs for those students who have experienced trauma and continue to have PTSD considerations. Her thesis outlines definitions of persistent effects of trauma on the individual and how to develop an unique program that safely allows classical yoga practices to dissipate the effects thus unifying the individuals experience of life. Keira Lynn specialized in meditation and special needs within her curriculum of teacher training. Additionally, Keira Lynn is an advanced practitioner in manual and somatic arts.
