As an United States Air Force veteran, Joice Germaine discovered yoga in 2016 and has since volunteered over 100 hours to teach free yoga classes for the local community. With a deep belief in the power of yoga to connect us through breath, movement, and our natural surroundings, Joice brings a unique perspective to each class, emphasizing mindfulness and harmony with nature.
