Jennifer Phillips is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Certified in Chair yoga, Yin yoga and Restorative yoga.

I am a community herbalist working on becoming a clinical herbalist and being AHG registered. I believe we need to be in control of our own health and the best way to do that is through a whole holistic approach with movement, what we eat, proper sleeping habits and keeping stress low. All of which have become hard to do in our modern world.
