Kia ora,

My name is Jennifer, originally from Mexico but now living in New Zealand.

I started my yoga journey in Sydney Australia back 2015 and then my first yoga training in 2019 at Sukha Mukha Yoga in Bronte with teacher Edit Hefer and a mentoring program in 2020 with Jivamukti Yoga teacher Karolina Szymala. 

Life took me to New Zealand in 2021 where I continued my yoga practice at the Yoga Academy in Auckland to then do my second teacher training in 2023 with my teachers Jude Hynes and Peter Nilsson.

My classes are inspired in Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga elements. I teach flow and gentle classes.
