Afroditi Filippidi is a Registered 200Hr Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She, also, obtains a 30Hr Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
