The first time I stepped on a yoga mat was in 2013, over 11 years ago. I started practicing yoga to help with my back pain, which had limited my movements and basic activities.
I made progress in moving my body, and I began to realize that yoga was what I needed. It showed me what my body was capable of.
In 2019, I held classes in the studio where I practiced, but I also remained faithful as a student.
I fell in love with Ashtanga yoga, which I still practice every day. It allows me to discover the possibilities of my body, and together with the breathing technique when performing each asana, Ashtanga yoga is a meditative dance.
However, I feel that without other types of yoga asanas, yoga would not be the same, especially for beginners and advanced students according to their mobility capabilities.
So, I decided to complete a yoga teacher training in Hatha Vinyasa, which brings body and spirit into one if practiced in the right way with a good yoga teacher.
I completed my training in June 2024 at Prana Teacher Training School in Skopje and decided to continue improving my knowledge at workshops in my country and abroad.
Now I teach classes for practicioners in one of the best yoga studios in North Macedonia-Kensho Mind Hub.
Apart from being a yoga teacher, I am a huge pet and nature lover.
I also have my small company that produces high quality hand-made organic cosmetics and soaps, saving our planet earth.
A teacher must improve together with their students so that we can progress together. Namaste!
