Hi! I’m Emma Connolly, a 200 RYT and certified kids yoga teacher.

I’ve been practicing yoga obsessively for the past eight years. After closing the chapter on my competitive sport days in high school, I felt lost. It wasn’t until I attended a hot vinyasa class that I found my way again. That single class transformed my life, leading me to deepen my practice and pursue teacher training, where I found healing in many aspects of my life.

Yoga has drastically improved my relationship with my mind, body, and others. As a teacher, my goal is to create a space where students can reconnect with themselves, discover what moves them, and find healing in their lives.

I love teaching kids, fostering a fun, casual environment where they can explore movement and have fun! My passion for fitness is something I hope to inspire in them—any movement is good movement, and we’ve got to keep it moving!

In my flow classes, students can expect an athletic experience where strength, flexibility, and alignment come together. My goal is for students to leave feeling stronger and more in tune with their bodies.
