Yoga is more than an asana practice for me! I completed my 200hr teacher training at Loka Yoga School in Canggu, Bali. I learned a ton and realized how much more there is to explore, as well! My first yoga love is Bikram and I've since broadened my horizons to love all yoga styles, from Yin to Ashtanga and everything in between.

I currently reside in Portland, Oregon.
