I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor committed to empowering individuals to cultivate inner peace and achieve their physical goals.
My journey began in 2016 when I obtained my Certified Advanced Hatha Yoga Instructor Certification in Malaysia, igniting a deep passion for the transformative power of yoga.
In 2022, I embarked on a new exploration of the dynamic and challenging Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice, further deepening my understanding and appreciation of this ancient discipline. This experience propelled my desire to share my knowledge and guide others on their own unique yoga journeys.
Driven by my commitment to excellence, I pursued and successfully acquired the prestigious RYT500 Yoga Teacher Certification in 2023. This extensive training program equipped me with the advanced skills and knowledge necessary to offer a comprehensive and diverse range of yoga classes and workshops.
