I offer bilingual yoga clases for all levels, including adjustments and modifications. Through my clases I serve as a guide for each student in their individual practice and intention. I also use my knowledge in spirituality and astrology to help them navigate life’s situations through the asanas, providing them the opportunity to connect their body and soul with the energy of the universe.
