Jennifer discovered yoga while working at a Metro-Atlanta 911 center. Just a couple of years into the job, she found a need to decompress and ground herself. While the work was meaningful and fulfilling, it was also stressful and taxing. She began following along with Julie Marie’s videos on Amazon and quickly fell in love. As a mom with a full-time job, in person teacher training wasn’t an option, so she researched and debated for several years. Finally, she found Kate Lombardo and Patrick Franco at YogaRenew and couldn’t be happier with her choice. For Jennifer, yoga is about finding inner peace, acceptance, and mindfulness. Her classes are geared toward slower, mindful movements that translate into “real life”.
