I received my 200-hour certification in Bali, where I learned from excellent international teachers.

Initially, I began practicing yoga to maintain my physical health, but it has since become a spiritual practice that I incorporate into my daily routine. Through teaching and practicing yoga, I have witnessed how it can bring about transformative changes in the body and mind. 

As a teacher, my top priority is to create a safe and comfortable environment for every student in my class. Also, I ensure that the lessons I teach are accessible to all. 

My yoga instruction remains true to traditional teachings but also incorporates my unique style and approach, with a strong focus on asana, pranayama, and meditation. 

Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting out, I invite you to join me on the mat. Together, we will explore the many benefits of this time-honored practice.
