Yoga has become the foundation of my daily life. It stimulates my curiosity about the intricate interactions of our anatomy and physiology, fuelling a deep desire to learn more. For me, yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a profound method of self-connection and repair.
Teaching private clients is where I find the greatest inspiration and fulfilment. It grants me the invaluable opportunity to offer personalised attention, creating a nurturing space for individual growth and transformation. Witnessing the progress and development of each student is truly rewarding and reinforces my passion for guiding others on their yoga journey.
With years of dedicated practice and the completion of both my 200-hour (in 2018) and 300-hour advanced teachers training (in 2020) at The Shala Cape Town Yoga School (which I re-completed in 2023), I continually seek to expand my knowledge and understanding.
Beyond yoga, my creative inspiration stems from the captivating aesthetics of Japanese art and the enchanting realms of fantasy. I channel my creativity through various outlets, including sewing, DIY projects, and the beautiful medium of watercolour painting. This infusion of creativity brings an added sense of fluidity and beauty to my life, enhancing my overall well-being.

Whether you're new to yoga or have an existing practice, I believe in the power of mindful movement and conscious breath.
