Alyssa Willoughby is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Alyssa completed her 200(RYTT)/ 500(RYTT) at the School of Bhakti Yogshala in November of 2021. Alyssa is trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Meditation, and Restorative. She spent most of the beginning of 2021 traveling throughout Puerto Rico and Costa Rica obtaining experience with multiple recognized Yoga philosophy teachers including in the field of Ayurveda Yoga.

Alyssa is known as the @BuckheadYogi in Atlanta Georgia, and is the owner and curator of Principle Yoga in Puerto Rico where she works to help those with a fast paced lifestyle's slow down. In order to acknowledge their negative feelings and to work through them instead of covering them up.
