Sukha is a Sanskrit word which can be translated to ‘happiness’, ‘ease’, ‘bliss’ and 'joy'.
Everyone has something to gain from practicing yoga and I truly believe everyone will experience 'Sukha' throughout their yoga journey.

Our teachers are registered (RYT) with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
