Sarah is passionate about serving and supporting new mothers through yoga and community events. Her own formative experience attending prenatal yoga as an expectant mother motivates her to support women in this beautiful and challenging phase of life. She is. PRYT and has completed multiple trainings in prenatal and postnatal yoga.
