Shanmugham Vedacahalam ( Shan ) is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Shan is also a Certified Personal Trainer( NASM, USA). He is passionate about Holistic Health and Wellness of the community, and has been assisting several individuals with safe Yoga practice, personal fitness goals, nutrition planning, and overall health and wellness.
Shan offers in person and online yoga classes and fitness programs for groups as well as private sessions.
He also participated in completed challenging Devils Circuit obstacle course held in Chennai 2019.
