Andrea Munoz is an RYT 500 hr Certified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance.  She first came to yoga in 2012 in search of a remedy for lower back pain.  What she found was a deep well of knowledge that offers not only physical, but emotional and spiritual transformation as well.  She has a passion for sharing her experience with the community and encourages practical application of the discipline of yoga in order to help students feel at home in their bodies and have a deeper enjoyment of life.  Andrea loves teaching classes woven around themes such as gratitude and letting go and hopes to inspire students to access their own vitality and capacity for healing.
