I was acquainted with the world of yoga as early as the age of eight. With time, practice and the turn of life events, yoga has graduated from being a workout to an antidote delivering acceptance, gratitude, relief, clarity and joy. 

I’m here to make space for what goes undealt with in the chaos of daily life. I am here to bring my world of mindful sweat-work, heart openers, and grounding movements to help my students navigate through their journeys, finding themselves only to fall in love with everything they are and everything there is, on and off the mat.
