Victoria Tice is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). 200-hour RYTT completed at Coastside Yoga Collective in Half Moon Bay, CA in 2019. She currently lives and practices in the Greater Huntsville, AL area.

Background: Victoria came to yoga after years of accruing injuries from being an athlete (gymnast, cheerleader, distance runner). Seven years of practicing yoga and a love for teaching led her to YogaFit teacher training (certified levels 1-3). She was hooked on the lasting reward of guiding others through their practice and decided to further her yoga teacher education with her 200-hour RYTT.

Mission + style: From a young age, she was drawn to teaching. Guiding others to their "lightbulb moments" became what she now knows as her purpose. She uses much of what she's learned as a writing teacher in her yoga classes. She gently establishes a safe space by using accessible, encouraging language; giving strong physical alignment and energetic cues; continuously checking in with her students adjusting levels of difficulty as she reads their energy. While she's trained in teaching vinyasa flow, Victoria also enjoys teaching relaxing and opening yin-style classes.
