Mira Purn is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She became a certified teacher (200hr) in 2005. She lives at the Isalayam Ashram in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Isalayam Ashram is the Gurukula of the living master His Holiness Jagadguru Swami Isa.
Under Swami Isa's guidance, Mira offers classes in His method of yoga called "Life for Total Consciousness," online courses in Yoga Through the I-Theory and open yoga classes at the ashram. She also leads 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Isalayam Ashram.
