Ayman, Saudi Arabian, from Riyadh. E-RYT 500, YACEP. Yoga has been a part of his life for over years, and his practice has helped him grow stronger, more flexible and courageous, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires him to live each moment more mindfully. He is also the founder of Samana Yoga in Riyadh where he offers Hot Hatha and Yin Yoga sessions and workshops.

Ayman, completed several Hatha and Multiple style trainings in Rishikesh and Goa, India. And did his intensive training of Yin with Bernie Clark and Paul Grilley. He will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom his teachers have shared with him.

In his classes, Ayman loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of discipline and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. He seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and his hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
