Alexis Barbuto is a Registered  200 hour Yoga Teacher (200-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, as well as  a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) and a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT), which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training program at Yoga Education Institute, a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Alexis is additionally certified in Restorative Yoga through Yoga International.  Alexis holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Science with a minor in Sociology. She has been a practitioner of meditation for pain management for over 30 years.
